Roots in Eagle Pass
La Parrilla was born in Eagle Pass, Texas, a Rio Grande border town where Mexican food is personal, unpretentious, and woven into daily life. That's the DNA this restaurant has carried into every single location since.

Hot Off the Grill Since Day One
Our specialty is the parrillada, a sizzling spread of grilled beef, chicken, and sausage cooked right outside by our pitmasters, the smoky aroma drawing folks in from the parking lot. Alongside our famous fajitas, you'll find loaded baked potatoes, hearty burritos, tacos, and our own take on the classic Mexican burger, all served with borracho beans, Mexican rice, and homemade salsas.
